Since 2005, Izabell Manukyan has been devoting her unparalleled client service, marketing savvy, and vast knowledge of diverse housing markets to elevating people to their loftiest residential real estate goals. She balances her razor sharp negotiation skills with a burgeoning network of 2000 agents, long-time clients, vendors and industry connections, artfully orchestrating wins for her clients with a marked confidence.

Though she was born in Armenia, Izabell grew up in Hollywood. As an adult, she’s lived in neighborhoods including North Hollywood, Studio City, Burbank, and Glendale, lending to her discerning expertise in the city’s various housing markets. Her natural inclination for sterling service and careful consideration of individuals’ needs shone through as she achieved her Bachelors of Science in Human Resources. After working for some time as a corporate human resources officer, Izabell felt that her outgoing, courageous spirit could better serve people’s real estate needs. So, in 2005, she handily obtained her license. Today, she still adores every aspect of real estate: delivering keys, hunting for the perfect property, and keeping her clients informed and educated with her contagious enthusiasm. It’s likely why she has so many referrals and repeat clients!

In her personal life, Izabell is the proud mother of 2 great boys, cherishing every moment spent in their company. She’s also a consummate host, taking every opportunity to entertain guests at her home. Passionate about her community, Izabell remains actively involved with several charities in Los Angeles County and beyond.

Prior to coming to JohnHart, Alice worked at a number of places, specializing in customer service. While she has worked at many places previously it was at an unlikely place that she developed and learned the most: Nordstrom. Though retail seems like a strange place to gain business/real world experience, in her 11 years there she learned how to deal with many different types of people in many different situations.

She found that by creating trust and gaining customer respect, she was able to grow her customer base tremendously, and through working with many different employees, she was able to hone her management skills.

As a Transaction Coordinator she is responsible for maintaining relationships with outside agents, and her previous experiences have trained her well for this.

Collin Holzem

Supported by over a decade of sales and recruiting experience, Collin Holzem has worked for some of the leading technology-based real estate and recruiting companies in the world, aligning him perfectly for his role as one of JohnHart’s Regional Managers. Collin grew up in Missouri where he graduated from the University of Missouri with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration before moving to Los Angeles in 2014. Always exhibiting a profound interest in real estate, he managed his own investment business focused on flipping land. No matter how he applies his skills, Collin consistently relies on a blend of drive, determination, and, above all, discipline to achieve success.

When not illuminating agents to the benefits of a career with JohnHart Real Estate, Collin enjoys spending time with his friends and family, particularly his wife and newborn son. Prioritizing an active lifestyle, you can find Collin at the gym five days a week and enjoying vigorous hikes or California’s gorgeous beaches in his downtime. He also holds a passion for live music and international travel. Having visited 18 countries so far, Japan and Brazil currently top his bucket list.

Heather Moran

Heather Moran views creative marketing as much more than just “selling something” but rather a distinct art form. It’s a philosophy she adheres to while she dreams up new ways to help our agents reach their audiences in fun, yet thought-provoking ways as JohnHart’s Digital Media Manager. Having worked in the real estate industry since 2019, Heather’s design talent and creative passion saw her quickly rise from Graphic Designer/Marketing Coordinator to Lead Design Manager to Director of Marketing and Branding for a regional company encompassing 11 busy brokerages. Her diverse responsibilities ran the spectrum of marketing including creating print materials, signs, and digital assets; developing agent and team logos and branding materials; and advancing campaign strategies.

She also found time to lend her design and marketing expertise in a freelance capacity by designing merchandise, creating logos and branding, and even managing social media marketing for a diverse roster of clients from real estate agents to entertainers… even businesses in the food industry. While still living in her hometown of Toledo, Ohio, she provided program, event, and exhibition marketing to the world-renowned Toledo Museum of Art while developing engagement strategies targeted to their specific audiences.

Heather understands the way people learn; a skill that allows her to establish meaningful connections. She regards education as another form of marketing since teaching allows her to communicate ideas and information to a targeted audience, reaching them in engaging ways that resonate.

When not analyzing what motivates people and establishing profound connections, Heather can often be found lined up with friends waiting her turn at the nearest karaoke night. Her exploration of creativity spans beyond the digital world as she regularly immerses herself in makeup artistry (glam and special effects) as well as a diversity of DIY projects (especially home decor). She also enjoys trying new restaurants and getting some sun by roller skating by the beach. And if you see her with her earbuds in, it’s a safe bet she’s listening to a murder mystery podcast.

With a brand that says as much as JohnHart’s, Senior Copywriter Seth Styles never finds himself at a loss for words. Responsible for maintaining the voice of the company, he spends each day drafting marketing materials, blogs, bios, and agent resources that speak from the company’s collective mind and Hart… errr, heart.

Having spent over a decade in creative roles across a variety of industries, Seth brings with him vast experience in SEO practices, digital marketing, and all manner of professional writing with particular strength in blogging, content creation, and brand building. Gratitude, passion, and sincerity remain core tenets of his unwavering work ethic. The landscape of the industry changes daily, paralleling JohnHart’s efforts to {re}define real estate, but Seth works to maintain the company’s consistent message while offering both agents and clients a new echelon of service.

When not preserving the JohnHart essence in stirring copy, Seth puts his efforts into writing and illustrating an ongoing series entitled The Death of Romance. In addition, he adores spending quality time with his girlfriend and Romeo (his long-haired chihuahua mix), watching ‘70s and ‘80s horror movies, and reading (with a particular penchant for Victorian horror novels and authors Yukio Mishima and Bret Easton Ellis). He also occasionally records music as the vocalist and songwriter for his glam rock band, Peppermint Pumpkin.

Versatility is at the heart of Niko Mendez’s success as a videographer bringing real estate marketing to dynamic life for JohnHart. Over his years of experience, he’s navigated a multitude of environments, pivoting his approach to bring his subjects naturally into the spotlight. Whether he’s interviewing renowned athletes, directing high profile talent, or using his discerning lens to illuminate a hidden gem of a story, Niko uses his personability to make it a comfortable experience.

Having grown up in the “little-big” town of Austin, Texas, Niko still harbors a strong affinity for southern culture. He moved to Los Angeles in 2016 where he continued to work with his first love: music. He’d gone to college for sound engineering, a skill that artfully carries over into his videography work. With his masterful merging of sound and vision, Niko manages to find what’s truly compelling in a subject and emotionally communicate this to a targeted audience.

In his free time, Niko enjoys connecting with animals and immersing himself in the natural world. He also still holds a strong love for the music industry, particularly artist management. Since he’s already an experienced content-creator, he can truly appreciate the huge role that marketing plays in building the public perception of an artist.
